In dieser Rolle verantwortest du den Marktausbau in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Auch in Deutschland haben wir bereits erste Kunden und bauen unsere Präsenz weiter aus. This is a high-ownership role where you will help establish our presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will focus on bringing Abler to clubs and sports organisations, and help shape how we grow in the region. We already work with clubs in  Germany and have strong international references, including organisations connected to clubs like Chelsea F.C., Newcastle Utd., and Barcelona. Our goal is to bring the same level of tools and structure used at the top level into grassroots sport. We work with all sports and all shapes of sizes of organisations. You will run the full sales process, build relationships, and become a key part of growing Abler in DACH. The role starts as a contractor position, with a clear path to a full-time role as you show results and as we continue to build the team in the region. This can also be a part-time role to begin with, depending on your situation, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time. There is strong growth potential in this position. As we expand in DACH, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, grow with the company, and play a key role in building our presence in the region. We will train you closely on how we sell, how the product works, and what is successful with our customers. You will get access to our playbook, tools, and team, and we will support you along the way so you can succeed. You will not be responsible for implementation or ongoing support. We have dedicated Customer Success and Customer Support teams who handle onboarding, setup, and day-to-day customer needs. This allows you to stay focused on building relationships and closing new business. What You'll Do Build relationships with clubs, coaches, and sports organisations in your region Reach out, create conversations, and open doors through your network and outbound efforts Run meetings, show the product, and guide organisations through to a decision Represent Abler in your market and help build our local presence Share feedback from the field to help us improve and adapt to the DACH market What We're Looking For Experience in sales or business development, or someone naturally strong at building relationships A strong connection to sport, through playing, coaching, or working in a club or organisation A good network in the sports world is a big plus Confident communicator in German and English Self-driven and comfortable working independently Based in the DACH region You do not need a perfect CV.
