    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br>Department: Electronic Gaming<br>Division: LLC, Wholly owned by The Shawnee Tribe<br>Job Title: Electronic Games Technician<br>General Definition: Maintain, repair, and provide technical support for all Electronic Games within the facility while offering great service to our internal and external patrons.<br>Supervision Received: Electronic Games Manager<br>Supervision Exercised: N/A<br>Essential Job Functions:<br> Perform routine preventative maintenance on all Electronic Gaming Machines to ensure optimal operation by performing task such as resetting the System Boards and calibrating gaming machine monitors.<br> Repair machines by performing task such as resolving Dollar Bill Acceptor issues, repairing cash boxes, resetting the system, and utilizing standard codes to keep machines running properly.<br> Assist vendors with all gaming installations, gaming removals, and theme changes including: machine break down, relocations, and set-up using provided resources within the facility.<br> Adhere to all MICS, TICS, and all standard operating procedures within the facility including Title 31 regulatory requirements.<br> Must attend all trainings related to this position.<br> Complete all required paperwork including: Machine Seal requests and approvals from the Gaming Commission, compile a monthly gaming machine list and log with all Electronic Gaming information for all facility machines.<br> Complete Games down log as they occur and report findings to the EG Manager; post the information for Nationwide access.<br> Update progressive logs when new progressive machines arrive.<br> Perform all other duties as assigned.<br><br>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS;<br>Education:<br>High School Diploma or GED<br>Training and Experience:<br> Six (6) months of EG Gaming Experience or six months of previous Technician<br>experience required<br>Licenses/Certifications/Other:<br> Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result<br> Must be able to pass background checks and receive a gaming license from the<br>Chickasaw Nation Gaming Commission<br>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br> Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules,<br>regulations, and policies<br> Must have the ability to understand written and oral communications<br> Must possess strong manual dexterity including hand and eye coordination<br> Must be able to problem solve and operate computers and office equipment<br> Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds<br> Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly<br>perform the assigned job duties<br> Must be able to work in a casino environment where second hand smoke and flashing<br>lights are present</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
