This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is passionate about delivering positive employee experiences, and enjoys balancing a wide range of responsibilities. This is a full-time position located in our Seattle, WA office. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: Lead the full-cycle onboarding experience, including delivering engaging weekly orientation sessions for new hires. Support Talent Acquisition by preparing job postings, coordinating interviews, administering workstyle assessments, facilitating offer letters, and maintaining recruiting dashboard. Support our university recruiting program by managing career fair registrations, payments, shipping, and maintaining inventory of marketing items for events. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to ensure seamless onboarding processes, accurate documentation, and timely system updates. Provide HRIS support and maintain data accuracy across systems. Manage employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and updates. Maintain and update the HR intranet site. Monitor and respond to HR and recruiting inboxes, ensuring timely and helpful support for staff inquiries. Support employee engagement initiatives by scheduling discussions, tracking feedback, and reporting insights. Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with documentation practices. Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum Skills and Requirements: 1-3 years of Human Resources experience (experience in a professional services/consulting environment strongly preferred). Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with curiosity and initiative. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Power BI is a plus. The hourly rate for this position in Seattle, WA is $24.00-$29.00 per hour . annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions.
