We are seeking a dynamic and energetic <strong>Guest Assistant</strong> to join our award-winning team at The Black Sheep Restaurant. If you&rsquo;re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want you on our team!</p><p>The <strong>Guests Assistant</strong> supports the dining experience by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set, and by assisting servers with food delivery and clearing tables. This role is vital to maintaining a smooth flow of service and enhancing the guest experience. Ideal candidates are quick, attentive, and proactive, providing seamless assistance to the front-of-house team.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Manager on Duty with the smooth operation of the accommodation and guest service functions</li><li>Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, friendly and memorable welcome</li><li>Work closely with Host staff and the front of house team regarding guest requirements to ensure that all guests&rsquo; needs and expectations are met</li><li>Ensure that all guest enquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
