Therefore, while specific tasks are outlined as listed below, responsibilities include but are not necessarily inclusive of tasks in which the HCP shall provide.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia, serif;\">All services shall be performed in accordance with established principles, practices, and ethics of the medical, and specialty professions/organizations. The standards of performance for all HCP provided by contractor shall reflect the degree of care, skill, and learning expected of a reasonably prudent CRNA </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><strong>Required Qualification: </strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Times New Roman\", serif;\">Degree: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Times New Roman\", serif;\">Education: Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Times New Roman\", serif;\">Experience: Possess two years of experience in the last four years of full time post-licensure experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the provision of in-depth mental health diagnosis evaluations and evidence based psychotherapy (i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). </span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Times New Roman\", serif;\">Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Times New Roman\", serif;\">Must hold current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><strong>Job Responsibilities. </strong></span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia, serif;\">The Licensed Clinical Social Worker’s areas of responsibility shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other Government agencies for services.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Independently assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members and formulate and implement a treatment plan, identifying the patient’s problem, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills and assistance needed, in collaboration with the patient, family and interdisciplinary treatment team.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Independently conduct psychosocial assessments and provide psychosocial treatment to a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, culture, ethnic, educational and other diverse backgrounds.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Use medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities and treatment procedures.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">This includes acute, chronic and traumatic illnesses/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Implement treatment modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical and social problems to achieve treatment goals.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Independently provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to include individuals, groups, couples, and families.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Must practice within the bounds of license or certification.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or other organizations required at the MTF.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Maintain a level of productivity comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Participate in peer review and implementation of the Family Advocacy Program as directed.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Participation shall include, but not be limited to, appropriate medical examination, documentation, and reporting.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Exercise awareness and sensitivity to patient/significant others' rights, as identified within the MTF.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Maintain an awareness of responsibility and accountability for own professional practice.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Participate in continuing education to meet own professional growth.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Attend and/or comply with all annual training classes required by the Command, to include but not limited to online annual training provided by the MTF: disaster training, infection control, Sexual Harassment, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire and Safety, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE), and all other required training.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Actively participate in the command’s Performance Improvement Program.</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Participate in meetings to review and evaluate the The HCW shall be responsive to all email and voicemail communications.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Exercise appropriate delegation of tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members, patient care, and clinic activities.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Symbol;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Maintain documentation of all treatment provided in accordance with clinic directives, and prepare such records and reports as may be required. All records and reports must be legible. Abbreviations must be only those listed in local instructions.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><strong>Staffing and Scheduling:</strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The performance hours of the MTF are as follows: <span style=\"color: black;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: Book Antiqua\", serif;\">Monday through Friday between the hours of 0700 and 1630. </span>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n",
