  "BriefDescription": "The Trainer sets the example for safety within the organization.  In this role, the Trainer provides safety education and training in health and driver safety practices to all Drivers and Aides, for all subsidiaries of Roberts Hawaii, Inc. on all island locations.  This position is responsible for instructing trainees in the proper procedures for pre-trip instructions, driving techniques, etc. per Department of Transportation (DOT) standards in order for them to qualify and obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class B with Passenger Endorsement and be qualified to obtain an “S” endorsement.  The Trainer will train drivers in preparing daily trip sheets, vouchers, and outline narratives to be used on various trips.",
