The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring materials, components, and finished products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role performs inspections, testing, and audits using precision measuring equipment and quality systems to identify nonconformances and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify product conformity.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to evaluate dimensions, tolerances, and product characteristics.&nbsp;</li><li>Calibrate, maintain, and document inspection and measurement equipment in accordance with calibration procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately complete inspection reports, quality records, and ERP/computer system entries.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and document nonconforming materials or products and assist with corrective actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and process reliability.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with investigation and resolution of customer complaints, returns, and RGA activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and industry regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing and inspection processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry systems.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and electronic quality documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong> The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential job functions of this job.
