This position is located at our New Britain facility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Manager, FP&amp;A will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational insights, and scalable reporting processes across the organization. &nbsp;This role will partner closely with functional leaders to analyze business performance, support strategic decision-making, and enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities within a fast-paced, private equity-backed manufacturing environment.</p><p>This individual will help evolve the company’s financial planning and reporting infrastructure, improve business intelligence capabilities, and drive actionable insights through data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly collaborative, process-oriented, and excited to help build scalable finance processes to support the company’s continued growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>1. Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis processes, including variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance.</p><p>2. Partner with business leaders across operations, sales, supply chain, and functional teams to understand performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and improve accountability to financial targets.</p><p>3. Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI reporting to provide visibility into operational and financial performance.</p><p>4. Support the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range strategic planning processes.</p><p>5. Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for leadership and private equity stakeholders.</p><p>6. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools, and data quality.</p><p>7. Evaluate and help implement scalable financial reporting and planning systems to improve automation, consolidation, and business insights.</p><p>8. Leverage AI and modern analytics tools to streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance business decision support.</p><p>9. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing, margin improvement, operational performance, and business investments.</p><p>10. Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting, forecasting assumptions, and business performance.</p><p>11. Assist in development of business cases and financial models for operational and strategic initiatives.</p><p>12. Support development of scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to meet the needs of a growing organization.</p><p>13.
