We are now looking for customer service professionals to join our team!</span><br><br><span>As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will:</span><br><span>1. Ensure all streaming content in 17LIVE APP complies with our community guidelines.</span><br><span>This includes:</span><br><span>➢Live streams</span><br><span>➢Short clips</span><br><span>➢Posts/profile pictures</span><br><span>➢Comments</span><br><span>2. Answer customer support messages</span><br><span>3. Report any (UI) issues in the app</span><br><span>4. Gather feedback from users and work with the engineering team</span><br><span>5. Provide support to other teams</span><br><br><span>Working hours：</span><br><span>Day shift A : 07:00-15:00 </span><br><span>Day shift B：15:00-23:00</span><br><span>(8 hrs, shifts are required)</span><br><br><span>Preferred requirements:</span><br><span>1. Interest in making the best of your language ability</span><br><span>2. Good command of Cantonese (Native speaker preferred)</span><br><span>3. Strong resilience and professional customer service skills</span><br><span>4. Excellent writing/typing abilities (50 WPM)</span><br><span>5.
