We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>MOR PPM Inc. is seeking Mechanical Multi-Craft workers in Aiken, SC.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of recording activities in a CMMS</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors</li>\n <li>Various PLC's</li>\n <li>Networking and Communications: EtherNet / IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet</li>\n <li>AC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Calibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops</li>\n <li>Familiar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs.</li>\n <li>Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.</li>\n <li>Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.</li>\n <li>Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.</li>\n <li>Inspect parts for damage/wear</li>\n <li>Test and observe running machinery</li>\n <li>Use hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics or related field and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience</li>\n <li>OR</li>\n <li>Completion of an apprenticeship program and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience <strong>OR</strong> At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds </li>\n <li>Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders </li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises </li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces </li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
