The Welder III operates independently, ensuring precision and consistency across complex projects, and may lead or mentor junior welders. This role involves troubleshooting welding issues, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with production timelines and safety standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><p>· Is able to perform all essential job functions as a Welder II.</p><p>· Performs advanced, complex MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components, meeting tight tolerances and high-quality standards</p><p>· Accurately interpret detailed blueprints, welding symbols and production plans for intricate assemblies.&nbsp;</p><p>· Identifies welding defects or process inefficiencies and implement solutions promptly.</p><p>· Recommends improvements to welding techniques, workflows or equipment to enhance efficiency and quality.</p><p>· Conducts inspections to ensure welds meet industry and company standards, including visual checks and non-destructive testing needed.</p><p>· Maintain, calibrate, and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.&nbsp;</p><p>· Provide advance training and guidance for Welder I and Welder II employees, fostering skill development within the team.&nbsp;</p><p>· Is able to float between multiple departments within Premier</p><p>· Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.&nbsp;</p><p>· Ensures compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and weld standards, and lead by example in safety practices.&nbsp;</p><p>· Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p>",
