residential youth experience required</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven ability to lead calmly and professionally in high-stress situations</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to build rapport and work effectively with staff and youth</p></li>\n <li><p>Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and agency policies</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license (Class C or D), acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation</p></li>\n <li><p>Willingness to maintain required certifications, including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>CPI / De-escalation & Physical Management</p></li>\n   <li><p>First Aid, CPR, and Universal Precautions</p></li>\n   <li><p>Medication Management / MAP</p></li>\n   <li><p>Van & Driver Safety</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
