    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>In this role on the Corporate Security Identity and Access Management team you will be responsible for onboarding and support of on-premise, hybrid and cloud based Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication and Directory Services.</span></p><p><span>Location is not a barrier for this role, and while our preference would be to have a chosen candidate with onsite capabilities in our corporate headquarters in Rhode Island – we are open to remote employment within the United States for an experienced candidate.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Primary responsibilities include:&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Level 3 support for the day-to-day operations of the Citizens IAM Platform Operations technologies including:</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Azure Active Directory</span></li><li><span>AWS Directory Services</span></li><li><span>On-premise Active Directory</span></li><li><span>LDAP directories</span></li><li><span>Single Sign-On technologies</span></li><li><span>Multifactor and password less technologies</span></li><li><span>Enterprise password vaulting and privileged access management solutions</span></li><li><span>Zero trust / Just in Time access provisioning solutions</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Application configuration and troubleshooting</span></li><li><span>Software code promotion and testing</span></li><li><span>Vulnerability patching and remediation</span></li><li><span>Application capacity and performance monitoring</span></li><li><span>Implementing automation to reduce manual processes</span></li></ul><p><span>Required Skills/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>5 or more years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services environment</span></li><li><span>5 or more years in system security administration, controls or information management experience and/or Security Engineer and Support</span></li><li><span>Experience in implementing and supporting IAM security and solid understanding of best practices</span></li><li><span>Experience in supporting Privileged Identity Management processes specific to identity on-boarding, provisioning/de-provisioning and access certifications</span></li><li><span>Experience in implementing and supporting a password vaulting solution</span></li><li><span>Experience in implementing and supporting identity cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure</span></li><li><span>Experience administering common operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Unix</span></li><li><span>Experience with common database technologies such as Microsoft SQL and Oracle</span></li><li><span>Proven experience with highly complex risk issues in a technology environment and appropriate mitigation strategies.</span></li></ul><p><span>Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Hours &amp;
