Just blowouts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates (\"Bartenders\") to provide excellent customer service to our clients once we open Friday, June 12!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*Ideally available for training the two weeks before open.</p>\n<h4>Sales Associate / Customer Service Representaitive Benefits:</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $18-$20/hr depending on performance (flat hourly rate starts at $16.90/hr)</li>\n <li>Free monthly services</li>\n <li>Membership and retail sales incentives</li>\n <li>Flexible Hours</li>\n <li>Discounts on all retail products</li>\n <li>Clear career path to grow as a professional</li>\n <li>Ongoing paid training</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Sales Associate /Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party!</li>\n <li>Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner</li>\n <li>Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness</li>\n <li>Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team</li>\n <li>Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists tips/commissions</li>\n <li>Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations</li>\n <li>Assist with the cleanliness of the shop; be proactive in ensuring the utmost care</li>\n <li>Assist stylists with their needs to improve efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)</li>\n <li>Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems (Booker or Mindbody) strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace</li>\n <li>Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask with ease</li>\n <li>Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts</li>\n <li>Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system</li>\n <li>Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk</li>\n <li>Maintains professional demeanor under pressure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
