    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>This position will support quality control by performing verification of compounds and/or components for all processes</p>\n<p>according to safety standards, standard operating procedures, and other related standards. This position will work in a team</p>\n<p>environment, seeking solutions to challenges, reducing non-conforming materials, participate in continuous improvement</p>\n<p>assignments (as appropriate), and utilize lean principles to improve the accuracy and precision of data and processes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Material verification/FIFO walk through beginning/middle of each shift.</p>\n<p>· Continuous audits of operational side of material verification (ticket auditing).</p>\n<p>· Hold tag validation and initial non-conformance response.</p>\n<p>· Mis-scanned/over scanned ticket override.</p>\n<p>· Process data collection</p>\n<p>· Participates in the safety awareness and consciousness program(s).</p>\n<p>· Complies consciously and strictly with company rules and regulations.</p>\n<p>· Complies strictly to Environmental Management System (EMS).</p>\n<p>· Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.</p>\n<p>· Able to work shift work and maintain regular and predictable attendance, as well as working overtime as needed.</p>\n<h2>Knowledge and Skills</h2>\n<p>· Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</p>\n<p>· Ability to independently execute detailed work-plans</p>\n<p>· Problem Solving Skills</p>\n<p>· Effective written/oral communication</p>\n<h2>Education and Experience</h2>\n<p>· At least High School graduate or GED equivalent</p>\n<p>· 3-5 years in a manufacturing environmen</p>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p>· Stand and walk on hard surfaces for long periods of time, up to 4 hours at a time.</p>\n<p>· Stand/remain upright and stationary, walk, kneel, bend, turn, stoop and squat repetitively.</p>\n<p>· Stand/remain upright and stationary for long periods of time, up to 4 hours at a time.</p>\n<p>· Reach forward and overhead repeatedly.</p>\n<p>· Wear personal protective equipment such as (lab coat, gloves, face mask, etc.), according to the standard operating</p>\n<p>procedure.</p>\n<p>· Heavy lifting required occasionally (30lbs).</p>",
