This leader partners with cross-functional teams in IT, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Transportation at the Region and Corporate levels to execute OLS&rsquo; business strategy at the store level.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Store Manager I builds and supports a store culture aligned to OLS&rsquo;s mission and values, ensuring employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth. This role is responsible for recruiting and developing talent, driving execution of sales and service strategies, analyzing store data to inform decisions, and ensuring operational efficiency. As the face of OLS within the community, the Store Manager I champions customer service and strengthens brand presence through community engagement and local promotional opportunities.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Strive to achieve and exceed all corporate and financial goals &amp; priorities.</li><li>Ensure employees deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers.</li><li>Develop and instill a culture of teamwork with focus on responsible reliable revenue growth that meets or exceeds expectations.</li><li>Manage sales, customer service, transportation and operations staff.<ul><li>o&nbsp; &nbsp;Assign all required store functions to staff and ensure completion of all duties.</li><li>Train staff on ERP for optimization and effectiveness.</li><li>Enforce recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
