    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p>As a Senior Internal Auditor at GuideWell, you will be a trusted advisor, leading audit engagements and providing objective assessments of operational risks and controls. You will drive positive organizational change by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen the control environment.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lead Audit Engagements:&nbsp;Lead audit engagements from planning to execution, identifying observations and providing recommendations to stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Audit Planning and Execution:&nbsp;Learn business processes, identify risks, develop and execute audit plans, perform detailed analyses, and evaluate internal controls.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaboration and Implementation:&nbsp;Collaborate with audit management and business stakeholders to implement changes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Data Analytics and Insights:&nbsp;Utilize data analytics and AI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Regulatory Audits:&nbsp;Facilitate audits with regulatory agencies or 3rd parties.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Reporting and Communication:&nbsp;Develop and communicate audit findings and results through clear and concise, meaningful reports and presentations.</span></li></ul><p><br><strong>What We Require</strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">4+ years related work experience in or equivalent combination of transferable education and experience&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\">Ability to work towards the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
