This is an environment where talented, driven individuals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our company.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Role &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Apply your advanced SQL Server and Visual Studio skills to develop and maintain stored procedures and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead query optimization and database performance improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead database administration tasks such as setup, configuration, and migrations under guidance from senior team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Translate functional specifications into solid technical designs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Write clean, reliable, well-architected and maintainable code</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with QA to ensure successful integration testing. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mentor and support junior team members in growing their technical skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide support to internal staff and clients with oversight as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop enterprise applications using modern, industry-leading technologies </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Does this sound like you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3-5+ years experience in data-driven software development and/or server reporting development as applicable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Eager to learn and grow within the SQL stack, mentor and collaborate with other team members on the Database team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced hands-on experience with MS-SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to speak to and use modern AI-driven tools and methodologies is a strong asset and will be prioritized</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience with Power BI</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Depth of knowledge within SQL Server Reporting Services, BOLD Reports, or other reporting tools is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of software development principles and the software development life cycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Eagerness to learn, experiment, and improve is a must</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Visual Studio, Git, or other version control tools from school projects or internships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interest in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong problem-solving skills and pride in delivering quality work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience in financial services or fintech environments is a strong asset </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Base Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is an <em>Intermediate</em> to <em>Senior</em> role that we are looking to fill, we are open to both levels of candidates. The Compensation is banded accordingly to encompass both of these levels. Placement within the range is determined through the interview process and is based on a candidate's knowledge skills and qualifications for the role.
