Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.</p>\n<p><strong>FRIENDLY:</strong> Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.</p>\n<p><strong>FUN:</strong> Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.</li>\n <li>Operate monitor room equipment.</li>\n <li>Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.</li>\n <li>Supervises department team members on procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls to ensure the safety and security of the team members and guests.</li>\n <li>Assist in scheduling and training of staff.</li>\n <li>Thorough working knowledge of all Table Games.</li>\n <li>Thorough working knowledge of all gaming and non-gaming departments.</li>\n <li>Report all violations and suspicious activity to management.</li>\n <li>Review surveillance department actions, personnel and processes with Surveillance Management.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read/write in the English language.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of four (4) year’s work experience in casino surveillance with at least two (2) years as a Supervisor or above.</li>\n <li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent vision and hearing.</li>\n <li>Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.</li>\n <li>Stand and walk 30% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed. </li>\n</ul>",
