This role supports night-shift production goals by maintaining workflow continuity during night shift hours, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.</p>\n<p>This position is a hands-on role that works closely with Night I production team and must have strong commitment to safe manufacturing practices.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards.</li>\n<li>Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders to ensure accurate production.</li>\n<li>Maintain production pace to meet or exceed nightly output targets while minimizing scrap and rework.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li>\n<li>Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Career Growth &amp; Development</span></p>\n<p>JR Metal Works is committed to helping employees build long-term, rewarding careers. Employees are encouraged to actively engage with their Position Information Sheet and leadership team to track progress and plan their next career step.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Night Shift I Information</span></p>\n<p>Schedule: for regular full-time employees working the first night shift (Night Shift I), core workday/ hours are from 5 PM to 5 AM Sunday through Tuesday evenings. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Training <em>may</em> occur during the day shift. Day shift hours are 5 AM to 3 PM on Monday through Thursday.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Night Shift Offerings</span></p>\n<p>Shift differential pay hours: for regular full-time employees working night shift, four (4) additional hours per week, at the employee’s standard hourly rate, will be allotted to the employees’ paycheck if the employee has physically worked 36 or more that week (WORK 36 HOURS, PAID FOR 40).</p>\n<p>Additionally, employees who regularly work either night shift receive shift differential pay of $1.50 per hour for night shift hours.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
