RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Development &amp; Support</strong></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 32px;\"><li>Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as Nividous, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate high-volume, rule-based business processes.</li><li>Identify suitable automation candidates across finance, sales, operations, and support functions through process discovery and feasibility assessments.</li><li>Build attended and unattended automation workflows including screen scraping, data extraction, report generation, and ERP interactions.</li><li>Perform bot monitoring, exception handling, maintenance, and version upgrades to ensure stability and performance.</li><li>Document RPA solutions including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and test scripts.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate RPA bots with BPM, ERP, and enterprise systems for end-to-end automation.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Application Development &amp; System Support</strong></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 32px;\"><li>Develop and customise applications using BPM tools, RPA platforms, or relevant low-code technologies.</li><li>Build and maintain API integrations and facilitate structured data exchange between enterprise systems.</li><li>Perform testing, debugging, and performance validation of developed applications and bots.</li><li>Support workflow-related system enhancements, configurations, and issue resolution.</li></ul><p><strong>4.
