Other duties may be assigned.</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Sets up machine to machine castings to specifications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Loads proper program into machine for specified operation of casting.</li>\r\n\t<li>Applies proper jaws or fixture to chuck to hold castings or metal work pieces.</li>\r\n\t<li>Lifts castings manually, or using hoist and secures workpiece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.</li>\r\n\t<li>Checks part for excentricity.</li>\r\n\t<li>Starts machine, engages feeds, and observes operation.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspects and measures machine pieces to verify conformance to specifications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Moves machine controls and guides to adjust machine. Adjusts machine using machine offsets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Replaces worn machine accessories such as tools, bars, or inserts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Files, sands, or shapes machined parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Cleans parts as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspects parts for porosity or foreign matter.</li>\r\n\t<li>Deburrs all sharp edges.</li>\r\n\t<li>Cleans machines parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adds coolant, grease, and oil to machine as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>There are no certificates, licenses, or registrations required.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
