      "content": "\n<li>Build and maintain a practical Quality Assurance Program (QAP)</li>\n<li>Oversee inspections, testing, and validation to ensure components meet design requirements</li>\n<li>Oversee construction testing (e.g. welds, concrete slabs, X-rays, hydrostatic pressure tests)</li>\n<li>Issue, track, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with contractors</li>\n<li>Maintain clear and accurate quality documentation and records</li>\n<li>Evaluate and audit suppliers as needed</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in quality, ideally in energy or manufacturing</li>\n<li>Experience in standing up a QMS is preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient in quality tools such as root cause analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Statistical Process Control</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative environments</li>\n"
