That&rsquo;s why we&rsquo;re looking for a skilled supply chain manager to oversee logistics and distribution. The right candidate will have an excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to detail, staying organized as they manage a large network of suppliers and distributors. They will have a deep understanding of the supply chain and related tools that streamline transportation and inventory maintenance. We also want a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and transformation.&nbsp;</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Role and Responsibilities:</span></h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate and report on KPIs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and manage the company&#39;s supply chain strategy</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plans, manages, and coordinates activities related to sourcing and procurement of goods.<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Develop a qualified supplier list; compare and evaluate offers from various suppliers.</li><li>Purchase goods and enter order details (e.g., suppliers, quantities, prices) into CDK.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.</li><li>Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Optimize inventory by maintaining inventory levels (MOQ, Min/Max, etc.), monitor and adjust as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehoused goods.&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Track orders and ensure timely receipts.</li><li>Review the quality of purchased products.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage transportation of goods inbound to ACS, within ACS, and outbound to customers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hire, train, and coach department supervisors (Purchasing, Receiving, Planning, Inventory Management, and Shipping)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and implement safety guidelines in supply chain areas (e.g., use of trucks, forklifts, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications and Education Requirements:</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years working in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Purchasing roles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preferred Certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on experience with supply chain software/functionality</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company&rsquo;s success</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Critical thinker and problem-solving skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good time-management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Great interpersonal and communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of supply chain procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiation skills</li></ul></div><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
