This role focuses on building and implementing advanced automation frameworks to enable self-service resource provisioning on cloud platforms. This expert will also develop agile strategies to embed automation within existing workflows, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for technical teams. On the AI front, this role spearheads key initiatives, including the development of platforms for deploying AI-based applications, the creation of LLM-based solutions, and the integration of AI tools to enhance processes.</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Leading the design, build, and implementation of automation frameworks for self-service resource provisioning on cloud platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Developing and executing agile strategies to integrate complex automation solutions into existing operational workflows.&nbsp;</li><li>Spearheading key AI initiatives, including the development and successful deployment of LLM-based chatbots.&nbsp;</li><li>Leading the development of a scalable, centralized platform for deploying new AI-based applications. Must demonstrate a broad understanding of client IT environmental issues and solutions and be a recognized expert within the IT industry.
