This role requires strong technical expertise in CNC and manual machining, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Program and operate CNC turning centers (GIBBS CAM preferred;
