The successful candidate will have significant experience in merger and acquisition due diligence, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II site investigation projects, and multimedia environmental permitting and compliance.</p><p>For this role, your key responsibilities and expectations will be</p><ul><li>Managing and completing environmental due diligence and site investigation assignments.</li><li>Managing and assisting with environmental compliance reviews.</li><li>Supporting clients with compliance permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping.</li><li>Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects, managing project budgets, and managing client deliverables.</li><li>Reviewing site investigation reports and providing conclusions and opinions related to the extent of contamination and subsequent recommendations for additional actions.</li><li>Preparation of technical reports that effectively communicate and summarize findings.</li><li>Formulating conclusions and opinions and communicating with clients.</li><li>Designing and executing complete projects of substantial size and complexity.</li><li>Conducting independent technical analyses and directing technical analyses of others.</li><li>Independently preparing draft work products and reviewing and editing work products of others.</li><li>Playing a significant role in client contact and leading client discussions.</li><li>Developing clients independently.</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>As part of our team, you will be part of a creative group filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. While we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.</p><p>These include</p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., environmental or chemical engineering, geology, environmental science)</li><li>At least 9&#xa0;years of experience managing clients’ environmental due diligence projects and environmental compliance reviews.</li><li>Experience in understanding environmental investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.</li><li>Experience in multi-media compliance support.</li><li>An Environmental Professional as defined by the ASTM E1527-21 Standard.</li><li>A demonstrated ability in the performance of Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews of complex industrial sites.</li><li>Experience developing proposals and cost estimates, managing project budgets, and managing client communications.</li><li>Willingness to travel periodically on short business trips. Travel is typically of short duration and may be local or throughout the United States depending on project needs.
