As the Colleague Services Supervisor at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will support the daily experience of 800 on-site staff residents. This community-focused role oversees housing services, lifestyle programs, and team operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment. With strong leadership and organizational skills, you’ll help deliver on our mission: to provide the best possible living experience for all our residents. Position Type:  Permanent Start Date:  July 2026 Pay Rate:  $27.68 Job Duties Include: Reporting to the Colleague Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following: Manage all Housing/Activity telephone and counter inquiries including but not limited to: guest passes, parking passes, Lifestyles cards, maintenance concerns, roommate issues, activity registration. Acting as staff concierge. Update and maintain daily cleaning standards for units and buildings Coordinate the tracking, delivery and or removal all furniture inventory and appliances Supervise and execute tasks related to postal, shuttle and uniform services Participate in scheduled unit inspections, advising on any safety and maintenance updates with representatives from the Maintenance and Security Departments Participate in administrative tasks related to scheduling and assignment of daily tasks Ensure daily cleaning tasks of attendants are complete to standard (quality and timeliness) Room inspection tracking, reporting and filing Manage and maintain accuracy of the arrival/departure process Verbal and written communication with tenants and hotel colleagues Possess a strong desire and talent to teach, coach and inspire a team of diverse employees Previous experience in a supervisory or other leadership role required Working knowledge of Microsoft applications required Previous customer service, administration and housekeeping experience required Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration an asset Must be able to comfortably lead and performance manage a team of 10 employees Must be detail oriented, highly organized, with good time management skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Valid class 5 license required, class 4 license with a clean abstract preferred Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status employees One complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $8/meal) Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Vision & Dental) including extended benefits like; Mental Health (up to $5,000/year), Orthodontics (up to $2,500/year), Fertility Drugs and Gender Affirmation (Lifetime maximum of $10,000) for full time permanent status employees Defined Contribution Pension Plan with employer matching up to 5% of annual earnings for full time permanent status employees Employee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties world-wide Access to the Mountain Explorer Travel Program - Discounted room rates including 50% off all food & beverage at Fairmont Resorts in Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper & Whistler (subject to availability) Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and over 5,000 properties with Accor Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
