Deep AI expertise isn't required—bring your mastery of Kubernetes, Elastic Stack, and cloud infrastructure<br><br><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Build & Deploy:</strong> Design and maintain Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure for AI CTRL's containerized services</li><li><strong>Orchestrate & Scale:</strong> Manage clusters, deployments, and auto-scaling to meet performance targets</li><li><strong>Monitor & Optimize:</strong> Implement comprehensive observability using Elastic Stack; continuously tune for efficiency</li><li><strong>Secure & Protect:</strong> Ensure infrastructure meets strict security and compliance standards</li><li><strong>Collaborate & Support:</strong> Partner with developers and engineers; translate complex infrastructure into simple terms</li><li><strong>Troubleshoot & Improve:</strong> Rapidly resolve issues and drive continuous platform enhancements</li></ul><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Qualifications</span></strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud platform engineering with production-scale infrastructure experience.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise: </strong>Strong Kubernetes and Docker proficiency.  Experience with Elastic Stack (or similar) for monitoring/logging.  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).  Solid Linux, networking, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) foundation.  Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.</li><li><strong>Attributes</strong>: Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-changing environment.  Strong ownership mentality with proactive problem-solving.  Excellent communicator who simplifies complex concepts.  Passionate about infrastructure innovation</li><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
