          "text": "<p>We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud)&#xa0;Engineer&#xa0;to support&#xa0;and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;scalable community platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide strong production support for Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud). The&#xa0;engineer&#xa0;will handle ongoing support activities, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues, service requests, and defects (L1/L2 support).&#xa0;The&#xa0;role will also take the lead in&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;and resolving&#xa0;production&#xa0;technical debt.&#xa0;</p><p>This role requires the ability to quickly analyze and debug complex issues,&#xa0;identify&#xa0;root causes, and implement effective fixes to ensure platform stability and performance. The&#xa0;Engineer&#xa0;will also&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;visibility into issue tracking, ownership, and resolution, ensuring&#xa0;timely&#xa0;closure of support tickets.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Strong debugging skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working in high-volume support environments are critical for success in this role.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).&#xa0;</li><li>Proficiency&#xa0;in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.&#xa0;</li><li>Solid front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience building interactive forms and workflows within Salesforce.&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.&#xa0;</li><li>Understanding of identity platforms (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with issue tracking, case management, and support processes.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven experience with&#xa0;<strong>LLM-based development and agentic workflows</strong>, including code generation, automated remediation, and AI-driven deployment&#xa0;assistance&#xa0;within secure enterprise environments.&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with&#xa0;<strong>AI-assisted coding tools&#xa0;(</strong>e.g., GitHub Copilot,&#xa0;CodeWhisperer, or similar) to accelerate development, debugging, and refactoring.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience validating and hardening AI-generated code for&#xa0;security, performance, and maintainability.</li><li>Familiarity with&#xa0;AI-assisted debugging and root cause analysis, including log interpretation and automated suggestions.</li></ul><p><strong>****Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
