This position offers an opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive maintenance excellence and continuous improvement. The Maintenance Technician Lead provides direction to other maintenance technicians, leads the preventative maintenance program, and supports the maintenance supervisor or manager in their absence.
