Located in Houston&rsquo;s Westchase District, our bright, home-like environment offers a safe and supportive setting where children can grow, stabilize, and build the skills needed for success.</p><p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1164\">Our program focuses on behavioral stability, communication development, and daily living skills. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with patients and families to reduce aggressive behaviors, improve social functioning, and help each child successfully reintegrate into their community &mdash; because at Nexus, we&rsquo;re mending minds.</p><hr data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1169\"><h2 data-section-id=\"170qn5c\" data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1192\">Position Summary</h2><p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1565\">The <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1237\">Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)</strong> provides direct behavioral support to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
