Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This pay for this position starts at $14.50/hr and is located at the Harry Reid Las Vegas International Airport rental car facility: 88 E Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<em><strong>** This is a Union position. Schedule based on a shift bid. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, hospitality or administrative support.</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work any shift/hours (open to any days of the week); this schedule is determined on a shift bid & includes nights, overnights and weekends.</li>\n</ul>",
