Over the past three decades, the brand has expanded to over 1,000 stores across 42 countries, with its largest markets in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain. Flying Tiger Copenhagen offers a wide array of products, primarily focusing on accessories and toys, all designed to bring a sense of fun and surprise to everyday life. The store layout is intentionally maze-like, encouraging customers to embark on a \"treasure hunt\" experience, with at least 300 new items introduced each month</p>\n<p>Job Description – Store Manager</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Shift Lead who is a motivated and hands-on leader, passionate about retail and customer experience. This person thrives in a dynamic environment and can support, inspire, and guide the team on the floor and in back-of-house operations, while delivering a fun and engaging in-store experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver a fun, engaging, and memorable customer experience aligned with Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s brand</li>\n<li>Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting the team in driving sales and customer engagement</li>\n<li>Coach and support team members to achieve individual and store sales targets</li>\n<li>Set clear expectations and ensure team accountability during shifts</li>\n<li>Maximize sales opportunities by guiding behaviors on both the sales floor and in the back-of-house (BOH)</li>\n<li>Support team development through ongoing coaching and on-the-job training</li>\n<li>Assist in analyzing store performance and contribute to action plans to improve results</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure alignment on priorities</li>\n<li>Support the execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory management, stock flow, and back-of-house organization</li>\n<li>Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines</li>\n<li>Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment</li>\n<li>Support loss prevention, safety, and compliance with company policies</li>\n<li>Assist in controlling store expenses and optimizing resources</li>\n<li>Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of retail experience (fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred)</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an asset</li>\n<li>Strong ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of retail metrics, with the ability to respond to business needs</li>\n<li>Comfortable making decisions and supporting conflict resolution within a team</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Passion for customer service and team development</li>\n<li>Ability to identify and support the growth of top talent</li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to ~50 lbs) as needed</li>\n<li>Comfortable using ladders or step stools</li>\n<li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying items</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Flying Tiger Copenhagen?</span></p>\n<p>Join a unique and creative retail environment where no two days are the same.
