We are looking for a Branch Manager for our very busy Traverse City location! Our managers work hard to build and manage teams who do everything they can to help our customers complete beautiful projects.</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This requires a manager who is skilled at:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating a consistent company message</li>\n<li>Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, employee performance and sales</li>\n<li>Coaching employees to do their best work</li>\n<li>Building a cohesive team</li>\n<li>Analyzing branch performance data to determine necessary adjustments in staffing, processes &amp; inventory</li>\n<li>Making sure that property &amp; equipment is well maintained and ready for safe operation</li>\n<li>Maintaining organized facilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated experience leading a successful operations or sales team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Management Experience</li>\n<li>Experience with exterior building products</li>\n<li>Valid Driver License and excellent driving record</li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office Products &amp; Warehouse Management System (inventory scanner)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">There are so many great reasons to work with us!
