    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Orange Sky</span></p>\n<p>Orange Sky exists to support Australians who are facing challenges in their lives, including homelessness, financial hardship, limited access to laundry facilities or temporary displacement due to a natural disaster. We are committed to being there when it’s needed most, offering free laundry services, warm showers and friendly chats with our volunteers. Our volunteers and vans hit the road every day across Australia and New Zealand, helping folks feel seen, heard, and supported. Over the past nine years, we’ve met thousands of amazing people and heard some incredible stories. Now, we’re on the lookout for someone just as passionate to join our team and help keep the wheels turning, literally!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to our awesome Operations Support Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person making sure our volunteers have an amazing experience every step of the way. From recruitment and onboarding to keeping our systems sharp and our processes humming, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind the scenes that keeps everything on track. Bringing the right mix of empathy, energy and problem-solving smarts to keep everyone engaged – even when tough conversations pop up.</p>\n<p>It’s a role for someone who loves connecting with people and thrives on juggling moving parts.
