    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.11.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.11.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div>The Parts Driver delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership.</div><div><br></div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</div><div>Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts and vendors.&nbsp;</div><div>Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries.&nbsp;</div><div>Delivers parts to body shop when needed and distributes to appropriate body technicians.&nbsp;</div><div>Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick up.&nbsp;</div><div>Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.&nbsp;</div><div>Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient&#39;s signature on each delivery entry.&nbsp;</div><div>Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.&nbsp;</div><div>Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.&nbsp;</div><div>Advises parts manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.&nbsp;</div><div>Assists service department as needed with attendant responsibilities of managing the drop-off and pick-up of customers cars.&nbsp;</div><div>Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.&nbsp;</div><div>Maintains a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors.&nbsp;</div><div>Follows the dress code the company has put in place. Maintains a clean and neat work area.&nbsp;</div><div>Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.&nbsp;</div><div>Reports on time to work and follows schedule that is given. Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be at work on time.&nbsp;</div><div>Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.&nbsp;</div><div>Follows all company policies and procedures. Notifies supervisor of any illegal activity.&nbsp;</div><p>The individual must maintain an accountable driving record according to our insurance standards at all times.&nbsp;</p><p>No employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance including medical marijuana on-site or during working hours.
