In this role, you will teach undergraduate nursing students across didactic, laboratory, and clinical settings while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.</p>\n<p>The Assistant Professor plans, implements, and evaluates learning experiences aligned with the Trinity College of Nursing vision, mission, values, and program outcomes. Using innovative, evidence-based teaching strategies, you will promote critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and professional growth in future nurses committed to improving the health of individuals, families, and communities.</p>\n<p>This position fulfills the academic triad of teaching, scholarship, and service through active engagement in scholarly and service activities. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of supervisor.  Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance. </li>\n <li>Supports vision, mission, and values of Trinity College. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Masters degree in nursing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of clinical practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Nurse license in both Iowa and Illinois or be eligible to do so </li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain ACLS</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.  The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.  </p>",
