    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company</span>: Chickmont Foods Ltd.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"><strong>Duties will include but not limited to the following: </strong></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">To ensure the chickens are receiving feed and water ad lib.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Be able to keep accurate and up-to-date records of important farm related information, such as feed stock, mortality and bird weights by inputting this data into Excel Spreadsheets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">To ensure the chickens are treated in a humane manner at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Be able to monitor and analyze environmental conditions of chicken houses using software. Supervisors must then be able to use this data to adjust environmental settings if necessary to maximize flock performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">To ensure that biosecurity rules are followed at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">To ensure proper cleanout procedures are followed after slaughter.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222\">Job Requirements General</span></strong></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>A Bachelor of Science, preferably in  Agricultural, Ecology or Management </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Be able to work on bank holidays </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Be able to work day and night shifts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Preferably have personal transport but we can work around this if the successful candidate can arrive to work on time using public transportation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Must be able to answer alarms, even if they occur after hours during the night/early morning.</span></li>\n</ol>",
