We have excellent opportunities within Anchor Ingredients for people that have an entrepreneurial spirit, focus on problem solving, work independently or in team setting and bring a strong analytical skillset. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PURPOSE OF POSITION:</strong></p><p>Responsible for receiving, loading and milling product to meet Anchor Ingredients high quality standards, while ensuring the day-to-day production needs are met with minimal down time and maximum efficiency. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Scaling Trucks</strong></p><ul><li>All inbound loads (dumping or parking on Dolly Pad - DP)<ol><li>Probe, test and scale all loads parked on Dolly Pad - DP</li><li>Retain product samples on all loads &ndash; Properly mark retain sample bag</li><li>Sweep scale by unloading pit after each load</li><li>Enter test results in BCFoods&nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>All outbound loads (live or preloaded)<ol><li>Scale, ensure correct product, quantity and destination</li><li>Obtain sample, micro test and run on NIR, ensure COA and/or barcode if needed per customer requirements</li><li>Scale out and get all paperwork completed and posted in a timely manner</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>Production</strong></p><ul><li>Check incoming belt throughout the day<ol><li>Make sure flow is sufficient to maximize cimbria needs</li><li>Ensure product is not spilling by hole or running over belt into the leg pit</li></ol></li><li>Blow out screens on destoner every 2 hours</li><li>Check hullers amperage and visual product quality every 2 hours</li><li>If product is accumulating on the floor or elsewhere troubleshoot to figure out why</li><li>Monitor baghouse reading throughout the day</li><li>Monitor hulls bin volume throughout the day</li><li>Walk around both dirty and clean bins to see if there are any problems developing</li><li>Check cimbria, destoner, hullers, roller mill and all other parts of production at least once per shift</li><li>Other Duties: mow lawn, shovel snow, move trailers, change screens and set up grinder, extra clean up and any other tasks that need to be completed around the facility as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Housekeeping</strong></p><ul><li>Clean up any mess before going home for the day ensuring no personal belongings or garbage is left at workstations or other shared common areas</li><li>Sweep around the pit between loads and the entire scale once per shift</li><li>Put tools back in their places after each use</li><li>Disconnect air hoses when they are not in use</li><li>Take trash to dumpster with it is full&nbsp;</li><li>Other Duties: mow lawn, shovel snow, move trailers, extra clean up and any other tasks that need to be completed around the facility as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>General</strong></p><ul><li>Trouble shoot and communicate breakdowns to our Maintenance team and Supervisor</li><li>Repair minor issues, etc. replace drive belts &amp; patch holes where and when able</li><li>Utilize all members of the team to accomplish tasks, holding yourself and others accountable for duties performed.
