    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: Tulsa, OK – On-site</strong></p>\n<p><strong>💰 Pay Range: $66.00 – $72.00/hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is currently looking for mid-to-senior <strong>Design Engineers</strong> (Levels 3–4) to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Tulsa, OK.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Design Engineer, you will apply engineering principles, design methodologies, and aerospace standards to deliver high-quality structural and mechanical design solutions while ensuring compliance with procedural and configuration-control requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for engineers who are ready to work independently, solve complex design challenges, and contribute to high-impact aerospace programmes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create detailed 3D models using CATIA V5 for aerospace components</li>\n <li>Generate complete drawing packages and layouts</li>\n <li>Perform model release activities ensuring accuracy and compliance</li>\n <li>Review and check drawing packages for quality and conformance</li>\n <li>Resolve design issues in collaboration with IPT teams</li>\n <li>Apply engineering judgment to structural and mechanical design challenges</li>\n <li>Support program deliverables with a strong sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers (Level 4 expectations)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)</li>\n <li>5 - 9+ years aerospace experience strong design ownership</li>\n <li>CATIA V5 proficiency</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical design</li>\n <li>Experience with Boeing standards (preferred)</li>\n <li>Understanding of FAA regulations and aerospace compliance</li>\n <li>Defence/military aircraft experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation ($66–$72/hour)</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n <li>Career growth in a technical, collaborative environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Expleo</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
