          "text": "<p>As a member of our Power Management business unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Renesas’ industry-leading power management solutions. You will collaborate closely with product definition, marketing, and field teams to develop innovative Winning Combinations (Success Stories), support key customer tier-1 designs, and define the next generation of highly efficient DC-DC and multiphase power solutions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Design-In Support:</strong>&#xa0;Lead product promotion and design-in activities, including power tree architecture and power delivery system debugging.</li><li><strong>Product Definition:</strong>&#xa0;Contribute to the definition of innovative, differentiated products based on technical requirements and market needs.</li><li><strong>Hardware Review:</strong>&#xa0;Perform schematic capture and PCB layout reviews for both internal evaluation boards and customer designs.</li><li><strong>Simulation:</strong>&#xa0;Develop and execute simulations of power converter circuits and systems for development and resolution of technical issues.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong>&#xa0;Author technical documentation, such as application notes and design guidelines, to assist customers with product deployment.</li><li><strong>Technical Training:</strong>&#xa0;Provide training on product usage and DC-DC converter fundamentals to Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and customer engineering teams.</li><li><strong>Customer Engineering:</strong>&#xa0;Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal and external teams, conducting root-cause analysis and debugging.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong>&#xa0;Conduct competitive analysis and research to support marketing initiatives and strategic activities.</li><li><strong>Systems Engineering:</strong>&#xa0;Develop a comprehensive, system-level understanding of customer applications to inform new product development.</li></ul>",
