As an Implementation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to guide and support our SMB customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience of launching the platform to their employees.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop launch plans</li>\n<li>Influence and work with customers to make accelerated launch timelines</li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our platform</li>\n<li>Assist customers in configuring and customizing the software to meet their specific requirements</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding journey</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Familiarity with technology platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in-office in Lehi, UT</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Salary:</p>\n<p>The expected salary for this position is $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping people feel valued and appreciated at work, we would love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>",
