Pay: Range starts at $24.00/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm

Depending on your medical plan selection, you may also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA), with a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1,800 for families. Retirement Our 401(k) plan accepts both pre-tax and Roth (post-tax) contributions and includes a company match of up to 6% of your annual salary. Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician II performs maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical systems, fixtures, and fire/life safety. This role requires hands-on knowledge of building systems, general construction practices, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
Performs maintenance and repairs on company buildings in accordance with company standards and safety policies Troubleshoots and repairs building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural components Assists with project estimates, vendor oversight, and review of construction/remodel plans Reads and interprets blueprints, building plans, and technical diagrams Completes renovation and repair work including sheetrock, framing, fixtures, patch/paint, plumbing, and electrical tasks Assists with work orders, preventative maintenance, and tracking labor and materials Responds to emergency and after-hours maintenance requests as needed Performs work in compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
