    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>OmniSource\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Procure scrap metal from industrial generators and dealers.</li>\n <li>Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.</li>\n <li>Retain and maintain profitable accounts within established pricing guidelines.</li>\n <li>Identify and implement margin opportunities with existing accounts.</li>\n <li>Resolve internal and external customer service issues.</li>\n <li>Complete paperwork to meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Travel as needed to secure Business.</li>\n <li>All other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Previous sales or scrap buying experience.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of scrap pricing, material identification, costs, operations, and transportation.</li>\n <li>Ability to generate and qualify leads and close deals.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with SAI is a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a team setting.</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule, as travel is required.</li>\n <li>Must have favorable results of credit checks, background checks, and other assessments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
