In this role, you&rsquo;ll make sure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to work safely, confidently, and in line with company and regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on, collaborative position that directly contributes to a strong and well‑trained workforce.</div><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production teams</li><li>Coordinate training schedules based on staffing needs and operational priorities</li><li>Lead hands‑on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standards</li><li>Continuously improve training content based on feedback and effectiveness</li><li>Maintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirements</li><li>Partner with department leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needs</li><li>Support new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job‑specific instruction</li><li>Assist with the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials</li><li>Other Duties as assigned</li></ul></div></li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar role</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standards</li><li>Hands‑on experience with assembly, crimping, and soldering (including terminals and thru‑hole components); IPC certification is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)</li><li>Ability to adapt training to different learning styles, using adult learning and instructional design principles</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Solid organization and time‑management skills; able to work independently</li><li>Comfortable collaborating across teams and building relationships with diverse groups</li></ul></div></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
