Job Summary: Quoting and Support Specialist is key in supporting the sales and operations teams by preparing accurate and timely quotations, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth quoting process. Maintain and update quote records, canned jobs and pricing files Create and manage canned jobs in Excede Identify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and customer Manage Hubspot quote tickets and complete assigned tasks Assist in parts procurement and pricing for specialty jobs by coordinating closely with Purchasing Qualifications Position Requirements: High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, or a related role 4+ years of experience in bus service or operations industry Strong knowledge of quoting processes, pricing guidelines, and sales support best Proficient in using CRM systems g. Hubspot and quoting software eg. Excede Excellent written and verbal communication Strong analytical skills with the ability to review specifications and determine accurate part/labor Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast – paced Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds Pay Range 64000
