The ideal candidate has extensive bus knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Gain</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation pay</li>\n <li>Continuous training to provide you the opportunity to develop your full potential and be a true business partner</li>\n <li>Access to an expansive network of mentors and networking opportunities</li>\n <li>Top quality technology to assist in your daily responsibilities to allow for more efficiencies to deliver outstanding customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and issue accurate quotes to sales based on pricing guidelines, customer specifications, and product/service </li>\n <li>Review and interpret sales inquiries and quote requests to determine quoting </li>\n <li>Provide timely responses to sales questions regarding pricing, part options, and product/service </li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production engineering teams to ensure quotes align with internal capabilities and customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Maintain and update quote records, canned jobs and pricing files</li>\n <li>Create and manage canned jobs in Excede</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and customer </li>\n <li>Manage Hubspot quote tickets and complete assigned tasks</li>\n <li>Assist in parts procurement and pricing for specialty jobs by coordinating closely with Purchasing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position</strong> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree </li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, or a related role</li>\n <li>4+ years of experience in bus service or operations industry</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of quoting processes, pricing guidelines, and sales support best </li>\n <li>Proficient in using CRM systems g. Hubspot and quoting software eg. Excede</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to review specifications and determine accurate part/labor</li>\n <li> Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast – paced </li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>64000",
