Design Consultation : Measure outdoor areas, discuss design possibilities, and provide project estimates that align with the client’s vision. Client-Centric Service : Ensure that each homeowner experience is smooth and centered on customer satisfaction. Project Coordination : Collaborate with the construction department to transition clients seamlessly from consultation to project completion. Technology Utilization : Use our design platforms to create custom designs, submit contracts, and track project details. Lead Generation : Generate additional leads independently while leveraging company-provided leads. Experience & Skills: Sales Background : Prior sales experience is ideal, or a strong interest in starting a sales career. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with basic office software and excited to learn new technology. Driver’s License : Required for meeting with clients in various locations. Home Improvement Enthusiasm : Experience in fields like windows, bathrooms, kitchens, solar, or real estate is a plus.
