          "text": "<p><strong>Summary:&#xa0; </strong>Primarily responsible for programs, sets up and operates Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) in order to make complex, precise measurements of the parts.&#xa0; Performs visual and dimensional inspection on parts to determine their accuracy to specifications.</p><p><strong>&#xa0;Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong>include the following<strong>:&#xa0; </strong>Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Sets up and operates CMM in order to make complex, precise measurement of parts.</li><li>Reads and interprets specifications, blueprints, templates, and layouts for product tolerances and dimensions.</li><li>Writes or modifies existing programs or creates new ones.</li><li>Verifies measurement conformance of parts to specifications and/or blueprints.</li><li>Provides manufacturing with 1st piece and in process data to ensure part conformance.</li><li>Interprets measurement output data and graphic data.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to program CMM’s using PC-DMIS software.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and other technical data including geometric dimensioning and tolerance.</li><li>Proficient in coordinate measuring machine techniques and application.</li><li>Strong mathematical and mechanical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC equipment and quality standards.</li><li>Skilled in use of precision measuring tools.</li><li>Must have problem solving skills</li></ul>",
