font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experiment with different setting styles, innovating and co-creating with the rest of the team while being mindful of the varying needs of a wide range of types of climbers in the community</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
